Be Like a Feather!

6 months of 2020 have gone in a jiffy... Leaving us with eye-opening changes that we have never seen before, leaving behind scars which will certainly remain with us - big or small.

How do you feel now that half of the year has gone?

Sad, shaken up, feel uncertain or anxious about the coming months and years?

The novel Coronavirus has shut down our world as we knew it and life can never be normal again.

With half the year behind us, it’s time to lift ourselves up and get a move on!

We cannot go back to the old way of living.


It’s time to define a New Normal.

It is time to Repair, Heal & Rejuvenate in the face of a changing world.

How do we achieve being light as a feather?

  • Light (in Physical sense) – lose excess unhealthy mass, feel lighter in the body. Tone and trim ourselves.

Mind (Emotionally) – declutter, change old unwanted patterns that make us heavy with emotions, grief, sorrow, anger, hatred, time to shed off etc.

Our “Light as a Feather” program has been designed to help you transcend (to transcend: to move beyond ordinary experience) the mental & the physical body.

The mind-body (Mental-Physical) connection is the key to Holistic Health. The mind has tobe de-cluttered and the physical body has to be toned and trimmed in a healthy way.

Let me explain with a case study:

Patient: Widow, 45 years (Husband expired due to Kidney failure).

She decided to seek Professional Counselling as she could not cope with the daily routines of living and she complained of menopausal issues, frozen shoulder, hypertension and emotionally was wracked with grief, guilt, fear and anger. Holistic healing approach digs deep into one’s own core (usually linked from childhood to upbringing years).

She was plagued with guilt and said, “I couldn't do enough for my husband, I could have donated my kidney, could have taken care of my hypertension. There's too much on my shoulders.”
